Reservation Terms

Before publishing: confirm the reservation, late-arrival, cancellation, deposit and group-booking rules with Que Bar. Delete any clause that does not reflect actual practice.

1. Reservation requests

A request sent through WhatsApp is not a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when Que Bar replies with confirmation.

2. Availability and groups

Tables are subject to availability. For groups of [INSERT GROUP SIZE] or more, Que Bar may require advance notice, a deposit, a pre-arranged menu or different cancellation terms: [INSERT ACTUAL GROUP POLICY].

3. Changes and cancellations

4. Arrival and table release
